holds a Bachelor's in HR Management from Utah State University and

an MBA from the University of Manchester. His expertise covers mostly

talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation & benefits,

labor relations, talent management any a lot more.

He has also obtained several certifications and attended many training &

seminars throughout his rewarding career. He has worked across various

industries such as Oil & Gas, Engineering, Retail, Manufacturing, SaaS,

Financial Services & Outsourcing to name a few and working in

small to large companies but ultimately specializing in Talent Acquisition.

 

Girish's entrepreneurial journey led to the successful launch of Millennial HR Consultant, where he provides expertise in Recruitment and Training. His mission is to assist individuals and businesses, particularly in talent acquisition and training.

 

His passion for HR is what he loves the most and he is only satisfied with seeing people develop their careers through the resources provided by Millennial HR Consultant.
